Painted vintage sideboard with retro urban design

We are excited to introduce a captivating project aimed at showcasing the upcycled vintage Meredew sideboard, a splendid mid-century modern drawers with a contemporary twist.

This retro sideboard has been meticulously restored, painted black, and adorned with a unique monochrome design featuring a vintage drawing of a historic Amsterdam house. Our aim was to save the features of this stunning piece but also tell the story of its transformation and cultural inspiration. 

This upcycled black and white sideboard was only painted and decoupaged on the outside. This universal bedroom vanity can be used as broad chest of drawers or dressing table with drawers.  The inside is left in its original state and revitalised with scented furniture oil.

This piece had a previous life and could have little signs of it, even after it has been given a new look. All upcycled furniture might have minor imperfections due to its age. Even when refinished to the highest standards, handmade items only partially match the factory finish.

The inside of vintage furniture is left in its original state, only revitalised with scented furniture oil. In case of damage, we paint or decoupage the affected surfaces of the inside of the furniture. Otherwise, please express your request to paint the inside of the unit during the design consultation, and we will include it in your quote.

DELIVERY

A 1-man service is provided. Help will be required if the item is too large or heavy for one person to handle.

We can also offer free delivery if you live in a 30-mile radius.
