    create perfect vintage furniture design to your unique home

  • STEP 2: GIVE ME SOME HINTS

    Have ideas of your own or found inspiration on my website? Send me photos! This will help me create a furniture solution that perfectly complements your vision. I will create digital mock-up of your new unit and mood board to give you better picture of your dream piece of furniture.

  • STEP 3: DEPOSIT

    Once the design is finalized, deposit is needed to secure your place in my schedule and to start sourcing suitable unit and materials for your unique piece of furniture. It can be easy done HERE.

  • STEP 4: REFINISHING

    Sit back and relax - I will keep you updated!Furniture restoration and restyling takes 1001 steps! In photos and videos, you will see unit coming together. We can always change something in the
    process.

  • STEP 5: FINALISATION

    Once the checklist is completed, the final videos and photos will be provided for your review and approval.

  • STEP 6: DELIVERY

    Your unit is safely packaged and sent away with trusted curriers to you! Enjoy your personalised statement piece in cosiness of your beautiful HOME. Don’t forget to share your experience!

FAQS about luxury upcyled and customised vintage furniture

Here you’ll find some commonly asked questions. If you did not find the answer here, please call, message, or email us – we are happy to help. We have been working with individuals and supplying bespoke upcycled furniture to designers, who create unique interiors.

 What is the processing time for the item?  

Every piece of furniture is individually refinished by hand, and it can take 2 – 3 weeks or longer if we work on more than one item, like the set of chairs. Sometimes the process we need to wait for parts – legs, handles, etc. to arrive.

 

PAYMENT. What is the payment process?

For commission orders we offer FURNITURE COMMISSION PACKAGE – it’s a deposit of £229 to reserve Your place in our order book. The remaining payment is collected before delivery. For stock items, we take full payment prior to delivery.

 

Can you refinish my furniture?

Yes, we work with furniture supplied by our Clients. We will provide You with individual quotes for the project and arrange transportation to our workshop or You can deliver Yourself. You can read more on our COMMISSION page

 

DELIVERIES – what to know.

We offer a one-man door-to-door delivery service. Our trusted delivery person will contact You with dates and times suitable for You. If You need a two-person team, please let us know before delivery is arranged and the best quote will be provided. We are based in Chelmsford – just outside London and deliver nationwide. However, deliveries to Wails and Scotland require separate quotes.

Additional charges and taxes apply for Deliveries to EU countries. Please contact us for more information.

 

RETURNS of items

We accept returns if an item is damaged in transit and will offer several options: to repair the item and ship it back to you in perfect condition or refund You. You have 15 days to change your mind about the items that are already made and sold from our stock. We don’t accept a return for customized furniture, made especially for you unless it’s broken or damaged. You can find more information here.
