HOW IT WORKS
Discover vintage furniture in our stock below and reserve your unit by purchasing Furniture commission package.
If you didn't find anything suitable, tell us more about size and style You have in mind, and we will start sourcing for you. Ones we have unit You like, we'll start creating bespoke designs for You and come up with the plan for Your piece and potential delivery dates. Typical turnaround: 6-7 weeks
Customised vintage furniture commissions start from £775, plus the cost of the vintage piece we source for you. Your total price is made up of two parts — the customisation work itself, and the unit we source — so your final cost will depend on which piece suits your project.
Several weeks before estimate delivery date the real action starts; we will begin to transform your unit and You will have an opportunity to follow the process and contribute the process with Your own ideas; we'll update You with photos and videos.
When Your piece of furniture finished, we will send You final pictures and videos and remaining payment invoice.
Here are few most frequently asked questions regarding deposit:
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes, in part. If you decide not to proceed before we've sourced a specific vintage unit for your project, we'll refund 50% of your deposit. We retain the remaining 50% to cover the time already spent searching for and identifying a suitable piece, even before a purchase has been made.
What happens if I I changed my mind about the unit you've sourced for me?
You're welcome to keep that unit as it is, and provide your own piece of furniture for us to customise instead. Alternatively, you can place a further deposit, allowing us to source a different, better-suited unit for your project.
What if I decide not to go ahead with the customisation at all, after a unit has already been purchased?
You're welcome to keep the unit as it is, in its current, unfinished condition. As the unit has already been purchased specifically for your project, this takes the place of a cash refund.
How much is the deposit, and what does it cover?
The deposit is £229. It secures your place in our schedule and covers the time and work involved in sourcing a suitable vintage unit for your project, ahead of your final customisation invoice.
